subsys: disk: Refactor disk_access stuff into a directory Disk IO functions are used by both FS and USB Mass Storage. This patch refactors those from FS directory to a separate one. license: Replace Apache boilerplate with SPDX tag Replace the existing Apache 2.0 boilerplate header with an SPDX tag throughout the zephyr code tree. This patch was generated via a script run over the master branch. Also updated doc/porting/application.rst that had a dependency on line numbers in a literal include. Manually updated subsys/logging/sys_log.c that had a malformed header in the original file. Also cleanup several cases that already had a SPDX tag and we either got a duplicate or missed updating. disk: kconfig: Group related symbols and use 'menuconfig' symbol Put the symbols that depend on DISK_ACCESS_{RAM,FLASH,SDHC} directly after the symbol they depend on, so that they end up in an implicit indented menu. That makes it easier to see which symbols are related. It also indirectly makes all symbols children of DISK_ACCESS. To save a menu level, turn DISK_ACCESS into a 'menuconfig' symbol and put it in the top-level menu. disk: move disk and sdmmc controller drivers to drivers/disk The files disk_access_usdhc.c, disk_access_spi_sdhc.c, disk_access_stm32_sdmmc.c, disk_access_ram.c and disk_access_flash.c are actually drivers for block devices and SD/MMC controllers. This patch moves this drivers to drivers/disk and reworks the configuration so that the drivers are selected when the corresponding node is enabled. subsys: disk: Add support for multiple disk interfaces Add support for enabling multiple disk interfaces (Flash, RAM) simultaneously in Zephyr by introducing a simple disk interface framework where we can register multiple disks which would interface with different storage devices. This would enable us to have multiple instances of FATFS in Zephyr. Add support for mass storage drive disk name which will be used as an argument when calling the disk interface API's.
