Bluetooth: Mesh: Update TODO to match current situation
Persistent storage is done. So are the configuration and health clients. We're also not actively looking to optimize the provisioning protocol & mesh networking memory usage anymore. Signed-off-by: Johan Hedberg <johan.hedberg@intel.com>
