doc: Indent RST code blocks and notes
Fixes the indentation for some code blocks and notes through the "getting started" instructions. The main effect is that an ordered list is no longer broken by a note block. Signed-off-by: Iván Sánchez Ortega <ivan@sanchezortega.es>
