drivers: serial: Rename lpc usart shim driver
Renames the lpc usart shim driver to more accurately reflect the flexcomm hardware IP and to prepare for instantiating it on an SoC outside the LPC family. Signed-off-by: Maureen Helm <maureen.helm@nxp.com>
