build: default ARCH to be initialized by the board support code
ARCH is defaulted to be x86. This makes it somehow impossible for later the board code to set it properly when it needs to be evaluated in a top level makefile for a project. By undefining it, a lazy resolution is forced that works its way to the proper Kconfig set by setting BOARD, which should be the ONLY mandatory argument (to avoid things that will fail like BOARD=galileo ARCH=arc).
