dts: stm32wl: Configure LPUART wakeup line

Rather than configuring in serial_wakeup sample, define LPUART1 wakeup
line in wl.dtsi file.

Additionally make few cosmetic changes to nucleo_wl55rj overlay in
serial wakeup sample.
