Switch from native_posix to native_sim as default test platform
For drivers.rand32.random_psa_crypto, filter the posix
arch to save some CI time, as TFM is not supported in this
architecture all together.

Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

With picolibc moving to using the common malloc implementation, samples and
tests with picolibc-specific settings need to switch to using the common
malloc settings instead.

Use namespacing with extra_configs in some tests and remove duplicated
scenarios the were made arch or platform specifc.

The testcase allocates lots of stack space, many KiB, for RISC-V
64-bit in the mbedtls bignum functions.

There are two set of code supporting x86_64: x86_64 using x32 ABI,
and x86 long mode, and this consolidates both into one x86_64
architecture and SoC supporting truly 64-bit mode.
() Removes the x86_64:x32 architecture and SoC, and replaces
them with the existing x86 long mode arch and SoC.
() Replace qemu_x86_64 with qemu_x86_long as qemu_x86_64.
() Updates samples and tests to remove reference to
qemu_x86_long.
() Renames CONFIG_X86_LONGMODE to CONFIG_X86_64.

This lets us quickly filter tests that exercise userspace
when developing it.
Some tests had a whitelist with qemu_cortex_m3; change
this to mps2_an385, which is the QEMU target with an
MPU enabled.

Currently Zephyr is running from RAM, and the space where
instructions can be executed from is quite small.once Flash
cache is enabled in ESP32 port we can remove this check.

We have a few systems with small amounts of flash that this test can't
fit into. For now I set the limit right above 32k, however that might
need to get bumped up if we have any systems with flash sizes between
32k and 64k.

The external mbedTLS library seems to have some issues when DEBUG is
enabled, so disable this here becauase we will not change external 3rd
party code.

that will be consumed by the sanitycheck script which will be changed to
parse YAML files instead of ini.
