Grant Ramsay 82644a31c2 drivers: ethernet: Fix eth_ivshmem shared memory mapping 
This driver assumed the ivshmem-v2 output sections would be mapped
contiguously, which is no longer true.

Modify eth_ivshmem to treat each output section independently

Grant Ramsay 6b5a994068 drivers: ethernet: Add Jailhouse IVSHMEM Ethernet support 
Allows Ethernet communication between "cells"
in the Jailhouse hypervisor.

The vring queue deviates from a standard virtqueue
so is implemented separately.
