Patryk Duda	8c6e801250	soc: xlnx: zynq7000: Select SYSCON in SoC config ... The pinctrl driver actually uses SYSCON, so 'depends on' should be used instead of 'select'. SYSCON should be selected in SoC config instead, just like other SoC do. This breaks Kconfig dependency loop for configs that indirectly depends on SYSCON and causes PINCTRL to be selected. Update pinctrl drivers to use DT_HAS_<compat>_ENABLED Kconfig symbol to expose the driver and enable it by default based on devicetree.
