Kumar Gala f389f702cb drivers: ipm: Update drivers to use devicetree Kconfig symbol 
Update IPM drivers to use DT_HAS_<compat>_ENABLED Kconfig symbol
to expose the driver and enable it by default based on devicetree.

We remove 'depend on' Kconfig for symbols that would be implied by
the devicetree node existing.

Anas Nashif 88fb9ee727 ipm: split kconfig options into multiple files 
Main Kconfig becoming too busy, split it into vendor specific files
where it makes sense.
