Create dac_mcxu_lpdac.c file to implement mcux lpdac, add binding for
the mcux lpdac, update Kconfig.mcux and CMakeLists.txt file to support
mcux lpdac.

Update dac drivers to use DT_HAS_<compat>_ENABLED Kconfig symbol
to expose the driver and enable it by default based on devicetree.
We remove 'depend on' Kconfig for symbols that would be implied by
the devicetree node existing.

According to Kconfig guidelines, boolean prompts must not start with
"Enable...". The following command has been used to automate the changes
in this patch:
sed -i "s/bool \"[Ee]nables\? \(\w\)/bool \"\U\1/g" **/Kconfig*

Add a Kconfig option for enabling the DAC test output. On the NXP
KE1xF the DAC test output is internally routed to ADCx SE23.
