Aleksandr Khromykh 3d37549bac Bluetooth: Mesh: allocate mesh max required buffer number
Since sending of public key was moved into system
work (https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/pull/62331)
it uses the same context as a Host Tx buffer
allocator for gatt sending. Host cannot wait for
free buffer anymore. Mesh requires 4 buffers
to send max size frame(public key) during
provisioning.

Ingar Kulbrandstad ce3317d03e Bluetooth: Mesh: Updated ACL configuration settings
Setting default value for BT_BUF_ACL_TX/RX_SIZE and
BT_CTLR_DATA_LENGTH_MAX to 37, as this will process the
incoming data the most efficient way.
When GATT is enable BT_BUF_ACL_RX_SIZE does not have to be 73,
as this will just give segmented messages for the public keys
exchange during provisioning.

Théo Battrel af01a0f313 Bluetooth: Logging: Move all logging symbols together
Move all Kconfig symbols related to Bluetooth logging into the newly
created `Kconfig.logging`. The logging symbols are now grouped by into a
menu "Bluetooth logging". Closely related symbols are grouped with each
others. For example, audio related logging symbol are found behind a
submenu "Audio" inside the "Bluetooth logging".

The deprecated logging symbols have also been moved in a submenu of
"Bluetooth logging", it's easier to avoid them so.

Behavior of the Bluetooth logging system:

When `LOG` symbol is selected, if Bluetooth is enabled (`BT` symbol
selected), the Bluetooth logging is enabled.

If the user does not set any log level, the Bluetooth logging symbols
will inherit the log level of `BT_LOG_LEVEL`. If the user does not set
the level of `BT_LOG_LEVEL`, the default log level will be the one
defined by the logging subsystem. Which currently is `LOG_LEVEL_INF`.

Théo Battrel e458f5aae6 Bluetooth: Use Zephyr standard log system instead of bluetooth/common/log
The `bluetooth/common/log.h` and `bluetooth/common/log.c` files have been
removed. Files that were using them have been updated to use
`zephyr/logging/log.h` instead.

Those replacement have been done consequently:
- `/BT_DBG/LOG_DBG/`
- `/BT_ERR/LOG_ERR/`
- `/BT_WARN/LOG_WRN/`
- `/BT_INFO/LOG_INF/`
- `/BT_HEXDUMP_DBG/LOG_HEXDUMP_DBG/`
- `/BT_DBG_OBJ_ID/LOG_DBG_OBJ_ID/`

Also, some files were relying on the `common/log.h` include to include
`zephyr/bluetooth/hci.h`, in those cases the include of `hci.h` has
been added.

For files that were including `common/log.h` but not using any logs,
the include has been removed and not replaced.

Théo Battrel 2d1d309936 Bluetooth: Move out BT_ASSERT of common/log.h
Macro that was defined in the `common/log.h` has been moved to the newly
created `common/assert.h` file.

Files that were using those macro has been updated consequently. Also, the
include of `common/log.h` has been removed of files that were actually not
using any logging methods.

Some `#include "common/log.h"` have been removed. Those were required
before when including `hal/debug.h`. With this change, `hal/debug.h` no
longer has this requirement, because the replacement, `common/assert.h`
includes what it uses.

Replace unnecessary `BT_HEXDUMP_DBG` with `LOG_HEXDUMP_DBG`.

Gerard Marull-Paretas 79e6b0e0f6 includes: prefer <zephyr/kernel.h> over <zephyr/zephyr.h>
As of today <zephyr/zephyr.h> is 100% equivalent to <zephyr/kernel.h>.
This patch proposes to then include <zephyr/kernel.h> instead of
<zephyr/zephyr.h> since it is more clear that you are including the
Kernel APIs and (probably) nothing else. <zephyr/zephyr.h> sounds like a
catch-all header that may be confusing. Most applications need to
include a bunch of other things to compile, e.g. driver headers or
subsystem headers like BT, logging, etc.

The idea of a catch-all header in Zephyr is probably not feasible
anyway. Reason is that Zephyr is not a library, like it could be for
example `libpython`. Zephyr provides many utilities nowadays: a kernel,
drivers, subsystems, etc and things will likely grow. A catch-all header
would be massive, difficult to keep up-to-date. It is also likely that
an application will only build a small subset. Note that subsystem-level
headers may use a catch-all approach to make things easier, though.

NOTE: This patch is **NOT** removing the header, just removing its usage
in-tree. I'd advocate for its deprecation (add a #warning on it), but I
understand many people will have concerns.

Stephanos Ioannidis 074b7f4ecd Bluetooth: Define global Bluetooth address constants
The Bluetooth address constants (BT_ADDR[_LE]_ANY, BT_ADDR[_LE]_NONE)
are currently defined as the address of the local anonymous structs
that are initialised to the corresponding address values, and assigning
them to a variable whose scope is greater than that of a function may
end up creating dangling pointers (for instance, as done in the
`bt_conn_get_info` function).

This commit defines the Bluetooth address constants as global constant
variables that are placed in the read-only data section, and modifies
the Bluetooth address constant macros to use the address of these
variables instead.

(names can be discussed further of course):

    CONFIG_BT_RECV_BLOCKING
    CONFIG_BT_RECV_WORKQ_BT
    CONFIG_BT_RECV_WORKQ_SYS

This way users would be able to choose what to run most of
the BLE stack on, they wouldn't be forced to a single model.

need to change the system workqueue stack size by default, instead
asking users to do so if they select the CONFIG_BT_RECV_WORKQ_SYS option

Lingao Meng 3a559e972a Bluetooth: Mesh: Modularizing the proxy
The Bluetooth proxy feature includes proxy client
and proxy server. In addition to the proxy pdu
message used above, pb-gatt also uses the same
proxy pdu message.

Currently zephyr bluetooth mesh couples them in one file.

A file at the separation is called gatt_services.c,
which is used to contain Mesh Provisioning Service
and Mesh Proxy Service.
Another file in the separation is called proxy_msg.c,
which is used to process Proxy pdu messages.

Also according to Trond's suggestion:

Rename `CONFIG_BT_MESH_PROXY` to `CONFIG_BT_MESH_GATT`.
Create an additional promptless entry
`CONFIG_BT_MESH_GATT_SERVER` that selects
`CONFIG_BT_MESH_GATT` and is selected by
`CONFIG_BT_MESH_GATT_PROXY` or `CONFIG_BT_MESH_PB_GATT`.

Create additional `CONFIG_BT_MESH_PROXY` used to represent
proxy feature (also include proxy client).

Joakim Andersson 6483e12a8a Bluetooth: Refactor bluetooth buffer configuration for simplification
Refactor and simplify the bluetooth buffer configurations to improve the
easy of configurations and eliminate invalid ones.
By moving configurations out of host and controller specific
configurations and into a common one it becomes easier to configure
the host and controller separately as the same configurations can be
used as would be for a combined build.

All HCI configurations are now given exluding the matching HCI header,
which eases the configuration as the application don't have to know the
different header sizes.
The BT_RX_BUF_LEN is split into ACL and Event, as well as the suprising
use of Command size.
BT_L2CAP_RX_MTU is removed as the stack does not support reassembling of
HCI ACL data to larger L2CAP PDUs. The application will have to set
ACL RX size and account for the L2CAP PDU header itself.
BT_EATT_RX_MTU was removed as it is only used for setting a different
default value for another option which leads to the stuck kconfig symbol
problem.

The configurations can be updated according to the table below:

** New configuration | ** Old configuration
All configurations
BT_BUF_ACL_RX_SIZE | BT_L2CAP_RX_MTU + 4
BT_BUF_ACL_RX_SIZE | BT_RX_BUF_LEN - 4
BT_BUF_EVT_RX_SIZE | BT_RX_BUF_LEN - 2
BT_BUF_CMD_TX_SIZE | BT_RX_BUF_LEN - 3
BT_BUF_CMD_TX_COUNT | BT_HCI_CMD_COUNT
BT_BUF_EVT_RX_COUNT | BT_RX_BUF_COUNT
BT_BUF_ACL_RX_COUNT | BT_RX_BUF_COUNT
BT_BUF_ACL_RX_COUNT | BT_ACL_RX_COUNT
BT_BUF_EVT_DISCARDABLE_SIZE | BT_DISCARDABLE_BUF_SIZE - 2
BT_BUF_EVT_DISCARDABLE_COUNT | BT_DISCARDABLE_BUF_COUNT
Controller-build
BT_BUF_ACL_TX_SIZE | BT_CTLR_TX_BUFFERS_SIZE
BT_BUF_ACL_TX_COUNT | BT_CTLR_TX_BUFFER
HCI-bridge
BT_BUF_ACL_TX_SIZE | BT_HCI_ACL_DATA_SIZE
BT_BUF_ACL_TX_COUNT | 6

Fixed invalid configurations setting either BT_L2CAP_RX_MTU or
BT_CTLR_DATA_LENGTH_MAX larger than BT_RX_BUF_LEN could lead to buffer
overruns.

Fix advertising report max data length calculation.
This always used the BT_DISCARDABLE_BUF_SIZE macro but this feature
can be turned off and advertising reports will be allocated from the RX
buffer in that case. Also controller-build does not have this buffer
(in hci_raw.c). Also the wrong HCI header was used in the calculation,
HCI event header should have been used instead of HCI ACL header.

Joakim Andersson f756b79124 Bluetooth: controller: Use NRF RNG entropy device
Use the NRF RNG entropy device as the entropy device for bt_rand and
controller internal functions when LLL is Nordic.
Using an entropy source with a significant increase in stack usage
will invalidate all stack size configurations in the system and lead
to stack overflow issues.
