Enable code coverage for debug.coredump.drivers.api.* test suite
adding custom fatal error handler to dump code coverage data
when the test halts as expected.

This test cannot be run in this architecture as it does not
support userspace.
Today it is filtered by kconfig, which works but spends
time running cmake.
As native_posix is a default test platform it is better
to filter it alltogether by arch, which saves quite a lot
of time.

Fix all thruthy errors detected by yamllint:
yamllint -f parsable -c .yamllint $( find -regex '.*\.y[a]*ml' ) | \
grep '(truthy)'
This only accepts true/false for boolean properties. Seems like python
takes all sort of formats:
https://github.com/yaml/pyyaml/blob/master/lib/yaml/constructor.py#L224-L235
But the current specs only mention "true" or "false"
https://yaml.org/spec/1.2.2/#10212-boolean
Which is the standard yamllint config.
Excluding codeconv and workflow files, as some are using yes/no instead
in the respective documentation.

Many device pointers are initialized at compile and never changed. This
means that the device pointer can be constified (immutable).
Automated using:
```
perl -i -pe 's/const struct device \*(?!const)(.*)= DEVICE/const struct
device *const $1= DEVICE/g' **/*.c
```

Give 1 second boot delay when running coredump tests on ACRN. Because
the zephyr's log from ACRN console cannot output completedly before
this time.

A test is added that uses the new device and verifies that all
desired memory is included in the core dump when a crash occurs.
