Kumar Gala 957e263120 drivers: gpio: Update drivers to use devicetree Kconfig symbol 
Update gpio drivers to use DT_HAS_<compat>_ENABLED Kconfig symbol
to expose the driver and enable it by default based on devicetree.

We remove 'depend on' Kconfig for symbols that would be implied by
the devicetree node existing.

Titouan Christophe 8e3ab9248f drivers: gpio: add new driver for STMPE1600 gpio expander 
The STMPE1600 is an I2C based GPIO expander. This initial patch
only supports reading from/writing to the pins on the STMPE1600,
and there is currently no support for interrupts.
