Devicetree specification v0.4, Section 2.3.1:

"The compatible string should consist only of lowercase letters, digits
and dashes, and should start with a letter."

Mieszko Mierunski 8538e7133a soc: nordic: Add support for nRF52820 
This commit adds basic support for nRF52820 SoC.
Changes affect introducing:
 - architecuture files (dtsi)
 - configuration of nrfx drivers
 - adaptation of inclusions based on chosen SoC
