This patch handles multiple interrupt lines for errors. Each of the
4 DW SPI error interrupts (txo_err, rxo_err, rxu_err, mst_err) can
use a different line of the GIC, instead of using a single line of
the GIC for all error interrupts (err_int).

comes from the ip configuration when generated. Add `max-xfer-size`
property to the devicetree.

This cleans up the instantiation macro. DBG_COUNTER was also removed
as that appears to be unnecessary. This also allows for if it is a
serial target to be configured from the devicetree.

Introduce DesignWare ARC Data Fusion IP Subsystem(DFSS) SPI
driver for ARC boards, i.e. EMSDP, which uses DW SPI to controll
SPI-Flash and DFSS SPI to connect external devices. Both drivers
share most source code, but DFSS uses ARC auxiliary registers.

Adds a new spi_transcieve_cb API which enables asynchronous
SPI transactions with callback notification.
The exist spi_transcieve_async API remains and uses the new
spi_transcieve_cb API to provide a k_poll_signal notifier.
The driver API changes to provide a callback and userdata
parameter to async transcieve. All drivers in the tree
have been updated to the change.

The device PM subsystem _depends_ on device, not vice-versa. Devices
only hold a reference to struct pm_device now, and initialize this
reference with the value provided in Z_DEVICE_DEFINE. This requirement
can be solved with a forward struct declaration, meaning there is no
need to include device PM headers.

In case when we have multiple devices connected to the
one SPI interface the initial state of CS gpios after
MCU reset is floating and it might be low that prevents us from
communicating between particular devices. Fix that by
initializing all provided cs gpios and setting them as inactive.

Busy check APIs now return boolean type. Due to that change, the
function names have also been adjusted. The common name pattern for
boolean check type APIs is "PREFIX_is_CONDITION". For example,
"pm_device_is_busy". pm_device_busy_check has been renamed to
pm_device_is_busy and pm_device_any_busy_check to pm_device_is_any_busy.

The following device busy APIs:
- device_busy_set()
- device_busy_clear()
- device_busy_check()
- device_any_busy_check()
were used for device PM, so they have been moved to the pm subsystem.
This means they are now prefixed with `pm_` and are defined in
`pm/device.h`.
If device PM is not enabled dummy functions are now provided that do
nothing or return `-ENOSYS`, meaning that the functionality is not
available.

Need to set device busy when enter into transceive function
in SPI DW driver.
In current SPI DW driver the transceive function don't set busy state,
but that is important for PM busy state.
This will lead to unexpected behaviors when system calls this
function and enter into idle state.

These changes were obtained by running a script created by
Ulf Magnusson <Ulf.Magnusson@nordicsemi.no> for the following
specification:
1. Read the contents of all dts_fixup.h files in Zephyr
2. Check the left-hand side of the #define macros (i.e. the X in
#define X Y)
3. Check if that name is also the name of a Kconfig option
3.a If it is, then do nothing
3.b If it is not, then replace CONFIG_ with DT_ or add DT_ if it
has neither of these two prefixes
4. Replace the use of the changed #define in the code itself
(.c, .h, .ld)
Additionally, some tweaks had to be added to this script to catch some
of the macros used in the code in a parameterized form, e.g.:
- CONFIG_GPIO_STM32_GPIO##__SUFFIX##_BASE_ADDRESS
- CONFIG_UART_##idx##_TX_PIN
- I2C_SBCON_##_num##_BASE_ADDR
and to prevent adding DT_ prefix to the following symbols:
- FLASH_START
- FLASH_SIZE
- SRAM_START
- SRAM_SIZE
- _ROM_ADDR
- _ROM_SIZE
- _RAM_ADDR
- _RAM_SIZE
which are surprisingly also defined in some dts_fixup.h files.
Finally, some manual corrections had to be done as well:
- name##_IRQ -> DT_##name##_IRQ in uart_stm32.c
