This removes all occurrences of arm,num-mpu-regions relying on the value
reported by the register instead.
A user may still define this property if they need to have a compile time
definition for it.

The armv8 timer, arm gic, and arm gic-v3-its don't use or need the
devicetree label property. Update the dts bindings to not require it and
remove setting of the label property in dts files.

The ns16550 flags reg-shift property as optional. In case it is not
supplied, the ns16550 driver relies on a value defined in <soc.h>, or,
by default it takes 4 (shift by 2).
This patch adds the property to all ns16550 nodes, with the following
values:
- 2 if SoC did not have any custom value defined by
UART_REG_ADDR_INTERVAL (corresponds to 1 << 2 = 4)
- If SoC defined DEFAULT_REG_INTERVAL (snps_arc_iot/it8xxx2), use such
value (4=2, 2=1, 1=0).
These changes will allow simplifying the ns16550 driver.

In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all dts code to the new
prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted, refer

The compatible for the ARMv8 timer should have been arm,armv8-timer and
not arm,arm-timer. The dts binding file name was correct, just the
compatible was wrong. Rename dts, binding, and associated code to use
arm,armv8-timer.

The arm64 timer node has not reg property and thus shouldn't be a
child of the SoC MMIO node. Move the arm,arm-timer up one level
to address this warning.

Add tx/rx pl330 channel IDs for the iProc PCIe client usage.
pl330 channel 0 is allocated for Tx DMA (Device to Host write) and
pl330 channel 1 is allocated for Rx DMA (Host to Device read).

MSI-X PVM feature requires snoop interrupt for tracking configuration
space register (msix_cap) update and PCIe PMON lite interrupt for
tracking MSI-X table update. Add both the interrupts for Viper M7 DT.

In aarch64 DTs, priority and flags cells have been swapped,
fix the same.
Correct interrupt property per the GIC binding document
looks like:
interrupts = <irq_type irq_num irq_flags irq_priority>;
