This change introduces the "_rtc_timer" suffix for the system tick timer
driver "compatible" property and aligns naming conventions with the
actual CC13/26xx SoC series product policy.
This frees up the "_rtc" namespace to introduce additional APIs based on
the same peripheral in the future (not part of this PR):

Fixing the namespacing now makes sense standalone as it reduces the
chance of custom drivers being broken in the future.
Redundant extension of the mandatory system clock devicetree node is
replaced with a single `status = "okay"` which seems to be the more
sensible default to avoid user error when defining custom boards.
Knowledgeable users can still override this if really needed.

cc13xx_cc26xx devicetree and RTC driver hierarchy and alignes it with
the actual TI product series naming hierarchy.

Add a new pinctrl driver for TI CC32XX SoC. The driver has not been
tested, just implemented following datasheet specs and checked that it
compiles. Consider this as a best-effort driver to remove custom pinmux
code in board files.

New ADC driver for the TI CC13xx/CC26xx family.
ADC channel configurations are translated from Zephyr constants to
simplelink driverlib ones (e.g., sample times use a lookup table).
Async mode was also implemented & tested.

remove usage of IEEE802154_CC13XX_CC26XX_SUBG_DRV_NAME in preparation
for the removal of NET_CONFIG_IEEE802154_DEV_NAME.

Use Devicetree to describe the radio and IEEE 802.15.4. This allows to
remove usage of IEEE802154_CC13XX_CC26XX_DRV_NAME in preparation for the
removal of NET_CONFIG_IEEE802154_DEV_NAME. All boards used in testing
have been updated to enable the peripheral in DT as well.

Introduce a new "zephyr,memory-region" compatible to be used when a new
memory region must be created in the linker script from the devicetree
nodes using the compatible.
Remove also the LINKER_DT_REGION_FROM_NODE macro and add a new
LINKER_DT_REGIONS macro to cycle through all the compatible regions.
In the same PR modify the DTS files and the linker scripts.

Define the FLASH_CCFG memory region from a devicetree partition instead
of from math in the linker file. Removing the special math case results
in the FLASH_CCFG region overlapping the FLASH region, but the linker
accepts this until the FLASH region actually starts placing variables
in the FLASH_CCFG region.
As a result, applications that don't fit in (FLASH_SIZE - 88) bytes will
still fail to link, just with an overlapping memory region error instead
of an overflow error.

We've removed the need for label properties from the pinmux devicetree
nodes on all other controllers and its not required for the TI one, so
remove it from the .dts and drop label being required in the binding.

Use setting from devicetree to drive the default setting for
CORTEX_M_SYSTICK. We update the dts files to default systick to be
enabled since the major of cortex-m platforms utilize it by default
(except on Nordic SoCs, TI CC13x2/CC26x2 and MEC1501 in which we
default to disabled).

Replace CONFIG_ENTROPY_NAME with DT_CHOSEN_ZEPHYR_ENTROPY_LABEL. We now
set zephyr,entropy in the chosen node of the device tree to the entropy
device.
This allows us to remove CONFIG_ENTROPY_NAME from dts_fixup.h. Also
remove any other stale ENTROPY related defines in dts_fixup.h files.

The SoC, driver, and board support for the CC2650 and CC2650 Sensortag
aren't currently supported and we are removing them as such. If anyone
is interesting in supporting this platform we can easily recovery it
from git.

Add RTC timer driver for CC13X2/CC26X2, and use it instead of systick
as system clock. It is necessary to use this timer for power
management support, so that the system can exit from deep sleep upon
expiry of timeouts.

This commit adds a fixed clock node (representing clock driving
system bus). The added node is then referenced by peripherals requiring
information about driving clock frequency.

This commit adds 'clock-frequency' property to the cpu nodes.
The clock frequency specified in the added property is used
during platform configuration. Examples:
- The SWO logger uses clock frequency to configure SWO output.
- Plenty of platforms need CPU clock specified for their HAL.
- Most of devices with USB needs information about CPU clock
in order to configure USB clock source.

Add initial support for the TI CC13x2 / CC26x2 series with the CC2652R
and CC1352R SoCs. The UART and GPIO peripherals are supported. Drivers
use the driverlib HAL from the TI CC13x2 / CC26x2 SDK.

Update the files which contain no license information with the
'Apache-2.0' SPDX license identifier. Many source files in the tree are
missing licensing information, which makes it harder for compliance
tools to determine the correct license.
By default all files without license information are under the default
license of Zephyr, which is Apache version 2.

Newer DTC now warns about mismatch between the reg and unit-address.
Most of these cases are due to case not matching, so fix thoses so
everything is lowercase.

When we fixed the missing reg property in the cpu node, we forgot to
add #address-cells & #size-cells for the node.
This fix the following warnings we get:
Warning (reg_format): "reg" property in /cpus/cpu@0 has invalid
length (4 bytes) (#address-cells == 2, #size-cells == 1)

We get several warnings of the form:
Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): /flash: node has a reg or ranges
property, but no unit name
or
Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): /memory: node has a reg or ranges
property, but no unit name
Fix by adding unit address that is missing to flash & memory nodes.
Additionally the Silabs memory nodes didn't have a compatiable or
device_type, so add those properties as well.

Previously, when !CONFI_XIP, BOOTLOADER_SRAM_SIZE was defaulted
to 16 (K), reducing the size of SRAM available for the program.
Also, though it has no effect, the value for SRAM start in the
dtsi file was incorrect.
